I agree, by the way. I think you should cool off a little and focus on your current life. I'm not saying it is, but being an exchange student shouldn't be your only aspiration; you might only be disappointed when the time comes, because it won't be exactly what you expected.

I think it's great that you want to go on exchange, and that you're enthusiastic about it, but as everyone else has said... Be careful not to neglect everything else.

Do stick around CS, though. You'll learn a bit from everyone here (or at least I feel that I've learned a lot from being a part of this forum).
Ya, I don't want to over do it and, ignore the rest of my freinds and family. I don't have a boyfreind so I don't really need to be worrying in that department yet :/ But yeah, I'm not really trying to over do it I'm just excited because my mom, has been intrested in AFS and told me to get a bunch of information and tell her. So that is what I plan to do.

Relationships is an all encompassing word-We are not talking about boyfriends. The chances of you having a serious one in 7th are slim to none anyway.

Goodluck, anywho. I don't think I would have wanted to know I was going to go on exchange 4 years early, though. It would have been harder to adjust to it all.
Viktoria; I can make you one sorta like mine, if you like. I'd need a picture, though.

LOL, I had 2 boyfriends in 7th grade. Trust me, you're not gonna get serious. I don't know if it's a thing for junior high boys, but they were super clingy. xP so we broke up. I don't have time to juggle a relationship (talking to them everyday) plus having a job and getting school work done! I've noticed girls can be clingy too.

Awesome! What do you need a picture of? Thanks!

TokyoViktoria; Uh, the maturity levels of 7th graders and the length of time between 7th and exchange kind of makes boyfriends irrelevant to this conversation....

Of... you? I assume you want me to draw you holding the flags;;

And please PM me, so we can stop spamming this thread;; heh.

Actually, it was relevant. You were talking about relationships (not the kind she was thinking of) and you said that you don't have serious relationships in 7th grade, I was just giving emphasis on that. When you become an exchange student, or planning on it, you need a job to earn money (in a lot of cases) and need to keep your grades up if you're planning for a scholarship. I explained that.

Anywayyyy, yes I'm sending you a PM
